Fellows Program

Spend your summer in Greensboro

The Fellows Program is a structured, 10-week summer program that includes a paid industry internship and opportunities to build your network, enhance your professional development, engage in the community, and explore Greensboro as a place to thrive as a young professional. As a Fellow, you will be in a cohort of high-achieving peers and will be matched with a community leader mentor to build your connections. A highlight of the program is the opportunity to participate in a 2-day tailored leadership training through the Leonard Kaplan Leadership Institute at the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL®). CCL is a top-ranked, global provider of leadership development, and during your training you will learn how to identify elements and drivers of effective leadership, maximize your leadership capacity, address personal leadership challenges, and learn how to give and receive feedback.

Campus Greensboro is seeking Greensboro’s brightest emerging students to dedicate their summer to living, learning and growing in Greensboro! Through exclusive local paid internships, students will have special opportunities to advance their 21st century skills and boost resumes, while networking with industry leaders and gaining experience in their career field of interest. And the growing won’t end at 5 o’clock! Fellows will benefit from tailored mentorship with local leaders, world-class leadership programming and social activities around the city.
